They were prompt in installing the system - which is why I’ll give them 2 stars. Within 8 months the system started having issues, specifically with the fan. I don’t know if this is because of poor installation or a faulty product, but the fan can be heard through over 50% of my house. I’ve called, left messages, and even talked to the owners and they say they will call me back or will come to look at it, but never do. This has been going on over 2 months. These guys went above and beyond to help me in multiple ways. First of all, when I called them they offered to come check out my basement in person, for free, to get a better idea of how to do the remediation (which was about an hour drive each way for them.) They were very easy to work with and asked for my preferences on the location of the radon fan. Edwin Huff and his crew possibly saved our lives. Several years ago I had my home tested for radon. The levels were above 8. I contacted the first ad I saw, which was SWAT radon service. They came in and installed a mitigation system in my basement. Last year I decided to recheck my radon level and it was 14!!!! I was stunned!
