Advanced radiology can never get billing correct. They put the function on the patient in getting the billing correct. Despite having met MAX OUT OF POCKET they continue to want copays. When you tell them, show them, they ask for reference numbers like they cannot pull it up online like EVERY OTHER COMPANY. that is fine. they have lost every credit card dispute after I get the $0 patient responsiblity EOB. they then waste time by sending refund checks then realize they overpaid due to the credit card dispute and then try to ... read more
