This was a great experience. I have a service dog and they were very sweet and very supportive excellent service great care and if I have a need a CAT scan or an MRI I will always request this place fantastic. And my service dog loved it too thank you for a great experience.
They validate parking. They take you on time for your appt. The front desk is helpful and nice. The MRI tech explains everything to you in a way that’s easy to understand. Overall a painless experience, considering I was there and IN PAIN!
The receptionist was rude. She asked for copies of my insurance in a surly way. When i saw on the papers that they had all the current information i said nothing had changed on my insurance and she already had copies on file she still Insisted. The tech was learning and apparently he had difficulty getting visuals even though i hadn’t eaten for over 12 hours. He used a lot of pressure and still didn’t get images.
