Never use this company again ,very unprofessional and driver shown up late at hospital to transport my wife to hope hospice, old broken equipment, no communication with hospital staff or patient family ,also loaded pmy wife into a outdated so called ambulance which was sitting park not running so the temperature inside was high

My experience with Advanced Quality Transport, the 2 times I had to use them, was very good. I see the reviews and wonder what happened? I tried to call them this week (July 22, 23, and 24, 2020) but got message that they are closed. Are they out of business? I MIGHT need this kind of service if my husband can't get off work to take me to a procedure I'm going to need. If the hospitals weren't handing out slots for elective surgeries, it wouldn't be a problem. But with this situation, 2 day to 2 week notice is well, 2 week n... read more

Unacceptable! Vehicle transporting my very ill father did not have functioning A/C. Temperature was 95F outside and well over 100F inside the vehicle. Driver stopped in middle of the road along route desperately trying to open windows but wasnt able. Both my parents were seriously heat affected at the destination. Management minimize seriousness of incident when called. Vehicle maintenance/safety very much in doubt. Driver was kind and courteous, however. Shame he works for such a poor excuse of a patient transport company.

Dispatcher did nothing to inform me about a 3 hour delay! Driver was apologetic and clear that he had no control over communications. I would never use them again despite the driver having been conscientious about caring for my mother.
