I’m very happy with the hearing aids I purchased through Ken at Advanced Hearing. I am 57 years old and had been struggling with hearing loss and tinnitus for years. I only wish I had done this sooner. Ken is a great hearing expert and technician. I highly recommend him.
My 94 yo mom tried many devices but continued to torture all of us around her and made us scream to communicate to her (thank God she learned email). This ended when we entered the Pompano office and met Ken. His patience, his clear understanding of the patients needs, his experience with geriatric patients and most of all, empathy, led her through this process magnificently. Ken is the best! This is my 4th set of hearing aids that i’ve gotten from Ken in the past 12 years & he always exceeds my expectations. Five stars is not enough for his service! Highly recommended.
Great professional Services, Ken really knows what the hearing tests mean and what Aids work best . My wife has a severe loss in one ear, and her old aids were not helping. Ken used a Sigma unit that had a cross over feature so that both ears were picking up the sound. It has made , a world of difference, my wife can actually hear with out reading lips anymore . Actual cost, was another bonus
