Receptionist is very rude and u professional. She wants to arguee about what type of prescriptions I need lile she is a doctor. She refused to transfer me to office manager to complaint about her. This happened today 8/7/2026 at 1:30pm. This is not the first time it happens.
The doctor is very attentive and the staff are amazing.
I had several appointments that included 2 sleep studies and follow-ups. For all my appointments, I waited over an hour to see the doctor. Sometimes it was close to 2 hours. There is no internet available in the building and you can’t get a signal so I couldn’t even handle work email while waiting. Doctor is nice and capable but it is a time sink for every visit. Not worth it.
