Well I just decided to go elsewhere most times I go up they're kind of rude. I call them on the phone they're kind of rude. I don't know what's going on in that place but I don't recommend going there at this point the services declined so bad in the last few months there's better places out there it seems to me that there just trying to cash in anyway they can just saying
Well I just talked to them I've been trying to get a sleep test there for about 5 weeks I know it's approved and I know the doctor sent them a referral I would be happy with the return phone call I'm giving him two more weeks and if they don't accommodate I'm going elsewhere
I Went here recently for services, 😊👍, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, from the front desk ppl to the over night ppl, the staff is awesome, I will recommend your services to anyone who asks. Great job,
Every time I have an appointment I have to follow app with the staff because they have no record of anything going on. I had a sleep study done. The Doctor recommended a company to fulfill a cpap machine, he said someone will call and set up the machine for you. I called a week later and they don't know anything about it. The staff is terrible. there is one girl that speaks english very well. She is really good the rest don't understand you. You have to tell them 2 or 3 times what you are asking for.
Breathing and walk test can be done in one day they did it in 2 days sucking up your insurance money and wasting your time for something that only takes 10 minutes each that's one day they did it in 2 days
