Dr. Pius is great and this review is not about him. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff, especially the billing department, are completely incompetent. Before my last appointment, the employee I spoke with insisted I pay $150 because I “hadn’t met my deductible yet.” My deductible has nothing to do with a standard psychiatrist visit, and the most I’ve ever paid here is a $30 copay. Lots of time on hold listening to a recording that doesn’t align with our experience at this practice. Very frustrating they opened another location. The two doctors we have met with have been great, which has allowed us to continue here despite many office issues.
UNHYGENIC! The staff here reuse gauze that have been touched by bloody gloves! They put the nasty gauze back into the clean gauze and use them on all patients! All children all adults get treated with used medical supplies. There are dead dried roaches around the facility. HEE in the front office is very unprofessional and guilt trips to pay fees.
