Astonishingly unprofessional. My one and only session (which was required to be by Zoom) had the supposedly licensed professional eating potato chips the entire time and asking me questions with her mouth full of food. There was nothing indicating she had any true experience in treating PTSD, none of her questions indicated she understood the mechanics of it, I'm not even sure if she was a doctor.

So far, I've had an unexpectedly pleasant experience. My doctor sent out a referral a couple of weeks ago, but I wasn't expecting to hear from anyone yet. When I didn't answer the initial phone call as I was working, I received a text message, which I greatly appreciate because I don't always get to my voicemail messages in a timely manner 🙏🏻😅.
