This psychiatry office does not monitor your medication levels adequately. I was very sick for a very long time. I did the tests they asked for but they only show 2 results. I was at a toxic level and never notified and ended up in the ICU for 5 days. They do not adequately monitor their nurse-practitioners. YanYan Hollingsworth is nice but neglectful and does not provide correct care. I have serious lasting problems from the medication toxicity.
