Actually the worst mental health company I've ever dealt with. Good luck if you decide to go here. They will upcharge for every single detail - if you need to request your own* medical paperwork, theres a $50 fee (even if youre homeless) They will not work with you. To compare in case you think that is normal, Ive requested this from 10 other companies and they dont charge a cent. Very disappointing front office staff. We have been seen 6 times and they still haven't even gone over the assessments that I had to fill out TWICE. Appointment reminder phone calls at 6 pm on a Sunday for a Monday afternoon appointment. Last 2 appointments were each 4 minutes long because the front office staff didn't send the appropriate paperwork and I was STILL charged a co-pay for each visit!
