Kevin was great!
I have had 3 appointments with a Nancy A, NP who was great but the company is TRASH. You cannot understand the staff when you call and they all seem to whisper and talk really fast. After being seen 3x they are asking me to pay a $300 documentation fee for FMLA paperwork and when asked for a copy of the policy I was told to call the office which I did and got offered a $50 discount and was declined a callback from a supervisor and I was hung up on and also was not allowed to ask for a copy of this policy. Literally sitting at the vets office, my dog has stomach cancer and we are having to make the decision of putting our beloved pet to sleep and I've got Advanced Psychiatry , after I messaged and left voicemail about the emergency we are having and I get a text from "Eric" telling me if I cancel today I'll have a cancelation fee, can we call you later in the day !!! the audacity..outrageous! Are you SERIOUS!!!!

Kevin at Dr Padla’s office did a fabulous job getting a medication approved which my insurance had denied. He researched, worked hard and communicated so well. Thanks to Kevin I can have my insurance cover my medication!
