Unprofessional staff impatient, hostile they call me and hang up with out leaving a message then get mad if i don’t call back well if you don’t leave a message how would I know who to call Doctors are great billing staff poor attitude I ask for a invoice of bill I get 3 different amounts to pay never billed correctly dealing with billing staff adds more stress and anxiety again Doctors are great
Receptionist was friendly and always polite when she answers . This will be my 3 rd visit . I'm newer to the office and my Np was also very helpful on starting my journey to recovery. Keep up the good work
Don’t waste your time save your money for a more attentive psychiatrist.
Let me start by saying this place was always under average regarding medical care, costumer service, etc. Due to lack of options I have been a patient the past six years. I recently was transferred to Ashley Jonna and she is the worst provider ever. (Mind you I’m pretty tolerant) She seems to be to lazy to do simple tasks like write a prescription or check the results for a urine test. She leaves early constantly and if your appointment is near her “cut off” time she will rush so much and the appointment will literally last ... read more
