I have never had a medical professional ask me to pinky promise not to commit suicide. Told Dan that I have complex PTSD, gave him information on that. He proceeded to talk the most in our short session, telling me all about bi-polar disorder and mania. Then said he didn't want to make me feel bad, but said I talked very loudly and with pressure. If I could give this 0 stars I would. 3 months post partum in the depths of PPD, the NP I met ONCE diagnosed me bipolar, told me I had to see the psych. Saw him ONCE. put me on a bipolar/seizure med. Had awful side effects, felt unsafe, had to take my baby into a public place because I was having such bad side effects.
