My mother’s been a patient for over 10 years and these last 24 months it’s impossible to get in contact with Dr Anna. Prescribed antipsychotics need to be regulated and cared to, whereas every 3 months she needs a refill. The doctor will go on a 1 month vacation without any thought toward people multiple times a year. It takes days between responses with the receptionists.
