For 3 years I have been harassed by the billing department over deceptive billing practices. This business is 1) Fraudulent in its billing practices 2) Will engage in aggressive levels of harassment including threatening collections for amounts that it has not proven, or even attempted to show, that you owe. 3) Continue to harass you and demand payment after you have paid the billing office, again threatening to send to collections. Brought my mother, who has been struggling with anxiety and depression for years to this office. They were amazing. Professionally, provided my mother with options and held her hand throughout the entire process. Highly recommend Dr. Yero was incredibly kind and helpful. Dr. Isidro, Dr. Yero, and Dr. Carlin have been life changing for me. As a team, they exemplify excellence in psychiatric care, blending compassion, expertise, and unwavering support.
