I want to express my complete satisfaction with Advanced Prosthetics & Orthotics! I’ve worked with both offices and I can’t express just how amazingly satisfied i am with my whole experience ! Terrie, Haylee, and Sophie were all absolutely wonderful !!! If they were my employees, they would be the model employees and definitely would be the standard to strive for ! My first prosthetic was a nightmare. The foot twisted around about every 5 steps. My physical therapist suggested I check with Advanced to see if they could possibly do some adjustments since the guy that made my first leg was not doing much to help and my appointments were few and far between. I can't believe what a difference it's made coming to advanced. I now wear my prosthetic a lot more and it's made a world of difference for how I feel being an amputee. I've always felt they actually enjoy going to work and helping people. I don't feel like a number when I see the specialist and I can't think of anyone that can out do the receptionist. It's a difficult thing adapting to a new way of life and I so appreciate their patience and encouragement transitioning into the reality of that new life..wonderful people all of them!
