Rachel and the Staff at Advanced are Excellent!!! I’ve been a below knee double amputee since 1992 and have seen many prosthetics companies, as well as prosthesis throughout the years, and finding Rachel at Advanced has been nothing but excellence. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR CARE. I am documenting this experience due to the ongoing negligence my friend has faced while attempting to obtain his prosthetic arm. My friend initiated this process in June, and despite multiple appointments and repeated assurances, this company has failed to provide the device or maintain any reasonable standard of communication. My appointment was quick and easy, the staffs were very accommodating and Rachel gave me good service along with the other staff. It was a worry free appointment and it went really well.
