I have a disability that makes breathing difficult and complained to them that a neighbor's excessive smoking was causing me breathing trouble. They told me there's nothing I can do and to live with it which is a violation of the Fair Housing Rights Under Illinois Law. Did not offer any reasonable accommodations. Debating filing complaint with HUD.

I called to understand a recent letter I received and was immediately attacked verbally. My goal was to try and resolve the issue and the woman who answered the phone made the situation worse. I had to deal with this association for years. They never resolve actually important issues that your HOA has but will spend tons of time on petty things. In addition to that they will try to throw you under the bus because of an issue they didn't resolve and share your private emails with 3rd parties that you did not authorize to do so with.

This business is unprofessional is very hard to get ahold of somebody and does not even respond in a reasonable amount of time for emergencies when you call the emergency phone number

Our policy for returning a phone call is that all calls placed before 3 p.m. are returned the same day. If an owner chooses not to leave any messages then there is no way for the receiver to know that anyone has called. I have been trying to resolve an HOA issue for sometime now. I had a complaint violation against me and when trying to get a hearing about it, I was denied. This is a basic rule in the bylaws where I live. I did not get any of my e-mail requests responded to. In one e-mail the property manager said that they tried contacting me several times by phone. Very unprofessional and extremely evasive when questions are asked. I was sent a letter stating I had a refund of my HOA fees and was told they were holding it since 2014, at no point until recently was I told of this credit. Instead of cutting me a check they applied my credit to my monthly HOA fee without my permission. When my Wife asked several questions and demanded an answer we were told that the attorney would answer further questions which hasn't happened. The WORST property management company!

This is the worst company to ever go in business with. I own property’s that they manage very poorly, the staff is unknowledgeable in all areas involving properties, the staff is mean and rude they don’t return phone calls in a timely manner simply unprofessional. Further they constantly hire new staff, who are instructed to hang up the phone in your face at the first sign of any complaint regarding their horrible services as a company.

As with all our clients and homeowners of units, if they are unsatisfied with our service or staff they are more than welcome to speak with their manager's immediate supervisor. With that being said though, the reviewer is not listed as a unit owner in any of our communities.
