Called due to severe water damage caused by my hot water tank, received immediate response. They purchased new water tank and installed same day. They were very efficient with the cleanup and repairs the owner, Mike, employees Justin and Jim were very professional, courteous, pleasant, considerate, and perfectionist did excellent job extremely satisfied would highly recommend .

I used Advanced Property Solutions first to repair damage from a leak inside my home. I was very happy with their work. I decided to have a run down screened in porch turned into a four season room. I could not be happier with the results. I went with this company because I had seen kitchen and bath renovations they had done. I did not do a lot of comparison bids because I was more concerned about having high quality work done and that's exactly what I got. Worth every penny!
