Worst company ever to deal with. They fine you for things that happen that are not your fault like falling branches off trees and denting the siding. They over charge for rent and are a bunch of stuck up people who try and take atvantage of college students in every way that they can.
If you are using Addcon aka Kirk Kinnamon to be in charge of anything no good can come from it. You put his name in your add that he is in charge of new construction. Bad Move. He has done remodeling projects all over Salisbury and never got a license.
