Pleasantly surprised! The property manager has been absolutely stellar. Anytime we have had an issue they fix it right away. I would have to say so far they are the superior property management company in town.
Lived in a new rental under Advanced Property for 3 years. I’d only deal with Aliyah or LeeAnne. They always help me with any issues regarding the property or any kind of service that needed to happen. They made renting, paying bills, and the move out inspection very simple and easy. 10 out of 10 I’d recommend Aliyah and LeeAnne.
Horrific property management company. I lived in the Palace Place buildings on 5th street for a year and the place already has silver fish living inside of it, which only happens to EXTREMELY damp buildings. *this section has been removed due to threat of legal action since this company doesn’t want you to know how horrible the building is* One of the staff members is related to the owner of the business, and she will actively break tenancy laws. Horrific property management company. Just broke my lease because I was desperate to get out of one of their buildings. Awful management, awful staff. They will keep your damage deposit in full if your unit is not “move in ready” for the next person (even if they don’t have anyone coming), pointing out minor things and marking the entire apartment as “dirty” no matter how deep you clean it.
