Just broke my lease because I was desperate to get out of one of their buildings. Awful management, awful staff. They will keep your damage deposit in full if your unit is not “move in ready” for the next person (even if they don’t have anyone coming), pointing out minor things and marking the entire apartment as “dirty” no matter how deep you clean it.
Terrible and Unprofessional!!! We attempted to hire this property management to manage our small strata community. After that never communicated with us even after several email attempts. It took 3 weeks to respond. Mark was lazy to respond on emails or don’t bother to call clients. After almost 3 months of trying to get the contract to be signed he just said he resigned and our strata left in the dark.
