APM has many years of property management experience. The staff is very knowledgeable and responsive to residents' inquiries and concerns. My interactions with APM have been positive and I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a property management company.
I will say that the condo we lived in was great. Terrific starter home that was perfect for the time in our lives. The association however has been atrocious. Here we are 4 days from closing on our new house and we just find out that Advanced Property Management was too slow in getting our paperwork sent to our attorney.
