Main Chance Estates uses this company for their property management. I cannot day enough about how unprofessional and disorganized they are. Natalie Spangenberg ignores emails, is incredibly rude and quite frankly completely lazy. What an awful company! If you are a homeowner with multiple properties or a complex, I’d advise strongly not to use them.
I live in one of their places They charge silly $$$ and send out assinine letters! They had a siding company re do our siding over 6 months agi, broke one of my windows and it is still broken after months of conversation back and forth and time taken off to meet their window guys Now i get a letter to remove my kids bike from my deck The HOA owns the deck and i cant have anything but patio furniture on the deck I have 2 kids in 1 room place yeah i have the space and $ to put it elsewhere...
