Future customers beware*** There is a $195 service fee associated with estimates, it is not free. Even if the front desk person taking the appointment says one thing, do not take that as is because the actual technician/contractor will tell you the real price. Additionally, the estimate I had requested had never even reached me which was disappointing. Other than this frustrating transaction I had, the overall installation I paid for was adequate.
