There were all kinds of unforeseen issues but the team refused to quit! They got our hot water heater replaced and worked so hard to make it happen. Amendment: water heater started to have issues 11 months in. Called to have it fixed. Tech unplugged it and plugged it back in. Said all would be fine. Hot water heater continued to shut off. Tech kept telling me someone would call the next day. When an appointment finally got scheduled. The time window was missed and we had to reschedule. Always excellent with Advanced Professional Home Service
Was told there was a $49 charge to come out and give an estimate. Wound up being $94. Tech had a definite attitude when he arrived. Would not use again or recommend
