I was told they use “flat-rate” pricing, so they would not provide a breakdown of labor and materials. I was ultimately charged $457, which is significantly more than the “just over $400”. When I scheduled the appointment, I specifically advised them that three shutoff valves were leaking and needed to be replaced. I never called to schedule a presale inspection, i knew the 3 shutoff valves needed replaced. I’m not sure why the technician wasn’t sent with the parts needed to complete the job. From start to finish; our project was just as APS said and they communicated so that I could understand what I was getting, what was the problem and how their service and better products were going to be the best solution. I could have gone a cheap route and cut corners but I am SO GLAD I DID NOT! Thank you, APS, for being patient and walking me yhrough this project. There will be more in our future for sure. We keep using your services and tell people about you constantly.
