We had a tech come and check our drain in our sink as when we had water on one side of the sink and turned on the garbage disposal, dirty water came up on the other side of the sink. The tech did a drain cleanout at the sink level and said it should work. I tested it and it did not show improvement. At that point he said I needed to change the pipes under the sink, which he said would be expensive to do. My bill was $452.61 and my sink did not drain. Caleb came to our home and was on time, respectful, friendly and professional. He inspected and cleaned our HVAC and also cleaned our dryer vents. Very good experience overall.
Our Technician, Chase, was punctual, put on shoe covers before entering our home, and was pleasant and professional. He provided the desired service in less time than expected.
Even when Rod found some unexpected issues he made sure the job was done right, no short cuts. Great service.
Matt did a great job while fixing a faulty outdoor faucet leak. The fix was very challenging, but he kept at it, and made it right!
