Our tech was courteous and enthusiastically helpful. He explained the process to me and updated me on his progress. I value being able to see the condition of my line for myself. It gives me some confidence to know the job was done well and thoroughly and that I'm unlikely to have any further issues in the foreseeable future. The job was completed within his original time estimate. I do have a small problem when different customers are charged different prices for the same job. Particularly when the other guy pays less. Brandon was great and very knowledgeable. Came out in a timely manner for an emergency and got us all fixed up the next monday. I cant recommend them enough.
