I CALLED AND HAD A TECH OUT IN 2HOURS. QUICK, EFFICIENT, VERY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY THOUROGH. GREG WAS AWESOME!!

Gregory was very curteous and friendly, does mostly larger scale printers but was more than happy to help us out with our little all in one home printer!
Greg responded in a timely manner and did a great job! He knew my printer quite well and explained the problem to me as well as the repair process. My printer now works great! I will definitely call him again if needed and will highly recommend him.
