Jennifer's vast knowledge base and experience makes her a wonderful clinical practitioner. I chose an insurance carrier specifically so that she could be the primary care provider for my family and me. Due to her decades in the ER, she is really able to decipher through symptoms and accurately diagnose the cause of significant health problems quickly to get the correct treatment plan. She has been a lifesaver for me and some of my friends.
Jen is the best primary care provider I’ve ever had. She’s kind, compassionate, and truly takes the time to listen. I never feel rushed—she’s thorough, professional, and genuinely cares about her patients. I always leave feeling heard, understood, and well cared for. Highly recommend!
I feel terrible that I recommended Jennifer to several people. She is remarkably inconsistent in communication, often cancels appointments because she isn't in the office, and overall lacks professionalism. I get that she is busy in her important hospital job, but this is just disrespectful of the time of her patients. The final straw for me was her missing our telehealth appointment and then condescending to me that "In the future perhaps telemedicine isn't the best option for you."
