This is not a review of the Dr. as I’ve not been able to get past the front desk. I live in Richmond and do research for my work in Louisiana- a 14 hr drive. When I first made an appointment I was scheduled three months out. It fell during an interview period where I was in Louisiana, but I drove 14 hrs to get home for the appt. They called me that morning and told me my doctor was not fully trained yet to administer for my appt. I didn’t complain but rebooked another two months out. Heather McClur is the Best Doctor in Richmond. She is very easy to talk to, very thorough and welcomes everyone with open arms. Her and all the ladies in the office make you feel very welcomed almost like your family. Thank You Heather McClur
Dr. Heather McClure is amazing and actually listens to her patients. I was also very impressed with the front desk staff. They are very friendly and helpful. They're also very patient with my monthly calls for appointment reminders (the joys of having ADHD). I highly recommend this practice especially to those who need assessed for adult ADHD or feel like they aren't being heard.
My appointment was at 2:30 and I waited two hours. It was almost dark when I left there. Made to feel less than human. Very disappointed with the care I recieved. Will be looking for another dr.
