Wonderful staff.
Paid $160 cash to be seen by Cassandra collett (after being seen by her she has so many reviews about not even caring about her patients) self pay so you have to pay before they even see you. Literally was a waste of time talked to Cassandra for 5 minutes and when I asked if I would be refunded since the visit was literally her telling me we can’t help u today but u can come back Monday and pay the self pay amount again. she had a half smile and said “probably not since I talked to you” then here we are a week later get a pa... read more
This place used to be very nice and very professional. My elderly mom was seeing Heather McClure and loved her. Now it is a nightmare trying to get in and out and trying to manage her medical records and prescriptions. This office uses the Athena Health Care Portal and I suspect this is the reason for the craziness that goes on at the front desk and the inaccuracy of the medical information on file. I have been getting ptsd medication for years. Heather McClure switched me to Cassandra Collet. They have screwed my prescription up so bad. I have had to miss work, had the first seizure in my life. Going to try to get to ER. I know I am going to die. They know I’m out of meds and it’s against the law to completely cut me off for 18 days. I m seeking help elsewhere. This Office is a joke. I had been a patient for some time. Constantly switching my providers. This led to meeting providers who didn’t know my history. Cassie Collett was uncaring, cruel, and had no problem lying directly to my face which will be dealt with through the proper channels. My problem wasn’t even addressed, and she showed no care in trying to find a solution. She has left me to suffer because she’s uneducated about certain things.
