Dr. Henderson is a wonderful psych but the facility isn't willing to work with you on missed appointments. I offered to pay the out-of-pocket cost of my third strike to avoid being discharged, and was informed I would have to pay all three, in which case I don't see why they don't just have a one-strike system. EDIT: Response to comment—Never having been informed of or encouraged to pay said fine/fees, it strikes me rather like a landlord letting a tenant go without paying rent and then expecting it all back at once.
absolutely terrible place, not willing to help with anything, terrible computer systems, worthless people not worthy of love compassion or even life. i hope every employee finds a tall building and jumps off.
