The front desk assistants were the only positive thing about my visit. I was sent to Nurse Lauger for an examination reviewing my disability injuries. I taught re-licensing seminars to health care practitioners in California for many years. Nurse Lauger spent very little time performing the examination. I have never experienced an examiner as inept as Ross. He is not qualified to be an examiner for the VA system, which is very unfortunate for my fellow veterans he examines.
Very professional, kind, and caring clinic. Ross the FNP was awesome. I was running a little late for my LHI appointment and they told me to not rush and take my time. I’ll be back here again
