The N.P. I saw was rude; made me feel ashamed to be a veteran. She said out loud, "Why do I always get these?" referring to myself and my VA medical records. She also asked other questions I didn't want to respond too after her rude comments. I don't know her name; she was in fact pregnant. I was also reduced in VA benefits after the visit. (I remember her telling me to remove my mask too during the visit. It was four years ago during the time of covid pandemic.)
Dr.Bartlett and his team are Amazing! The team are friendly and treat you like family, your opinion truly matters to them. I have been to multiple doctors and felt that no one truly listened to my concerns. He is really in depth by using active listening and trying to find the core problems instead of just pushing pain pills on you.
The team there showed true care and concern for Veterans. Each person made sure I was comfortable and took the time to make sure they understood why I was there and how they needed to help. Excellent service.
My visit was very pleasant, all around the service was great and professional. The sense of care really shows. I would definitely recommend coming here.
