I had a torn toe nail on my big toe. Dr K removed it. Being a diabetic I was concentrating about an infection she took care of me!
My recent visit to Dr. Karnavas with my 8 year old daughter was exceptional. She provided clear explanations and showed patience with my child. The staff were very friendly and ensured we were seen promptly. I highly recommend Dr. Karnavas for her excellent care.
I’m writing this as a parent who left in tears after watching my 10‑year‑old daughter endure unnecessary pain at the hands of Dr. Diane Karnavas (E. Market location). We were seen quickly for an infected ingrown toenail, but the care itself was distressing. The doctor debrided the area and gave the option of numbing medication prior, but never told us that an antibiotic cream had been sent to the pharmacy. i took my 15 year old son who had 2 ingrown toenails. his first appointment was with dr chuba and his second appointment and procedure was with dr reyes. BOTH drs are amazing! she was so great about calming his anxiety and talking him through everything she was doing. very gentle as well. we will definitely be sticking with this practice for all future needs.
