I have called this office three different days and left messages. I have an 11 year old son that was treated at Mercy Hospital on Sunday the 16th of April for a sprain and possible fracture. I was told to call your office for a follow up. Like I said I have tried three times and am not happy that you have not returned my calls. What do I have to do?

Dr Hjelmstad was willing to redo someone else's mistakes. I have had chronic foot pain with multiple surgeries and he still hasn't given up on helping me. As a nurse I'm on my feet for 12 hours a day so I kind of friend on Dr H to do what he does bes .

My view as a Registered Nurse: I met Dr Hjelmstad at a health fair where he said he could help me out with some orthotics. I went to see him for orthotics and for the removal of a glass splinter in my foot. I received a written prescription to go see someone else for the orthotics and I still have the splinter in my foot. In all fairness the staff asked if I would like to reschedule for him to take another look at my foot. I had already decided to take my business somewhere else.
