Was looking to make a appointment in Allentown office. Message says closed. Web site says different. Walked up the door and office is empty. Reccomend updating the phone message and website.
My nana was seen by this practice. Nightmare.
Doctors were very attentive and caring. Would definitely recommend the office to friends and family.
I have been seeing Dr Edmunds for over 20 years. On every visit he goes the extra mile to care for my feet. He knows what I need done without me having to ask. He is a great guy and I highly recommend him.
I had an appointment here back in November 2020. Visit went fine, nothing spectacular. My insurance info was taken and copay was collected. Fast forward to January 2021 they keep sending me bills saying no insurance on file. I have called 4 times and given my insurance info. Other times mailboxes are full and no one can be reached. Today I am mailing my receipt showing insurance info and copay made so I hope this finally resolves the issue. Very unorganized business. Won’t be visiting this organization again.
