We wanted to assess our drains’ condition in advance of El Nino / significant rainfall. Advanced Plumbing sent a technician the same day we called! Kevin was extremely helpful and kind. He explained what he was doing, gave practical preventative maintenance tips and was just all around great. I’m relieved we will be in good shape for the storms ahead.
They were quick to respond to a clogged drain and gave me some fair estimates on repair work under my kitchen sink as well. The technician, Kevin, was very friendly and knowledgeable as well as accommodating and took the time to explain everything.
these guys are great i use them a lot and trust them totally. always responsive, quick to be able to come and help, i dont feel ripped off ever, they make sure to explain things well - cant recommend them enough and i am grateful to have them for my old house!
Very nice, polite, and professional service. Came out fast since they are in Livermore and I'm in Dublin. Unclogged my kitchen sink behind the plumbing with their special tools.
