Negative experience right from the beginng. 3 calls later to find out they would not do the job. There was no explanation the scheduler only replied. " I'm just doing my job." And that's the rules. Customer service does not exist in my opinion at advanced plumbing in idaho falls.
Tried to get me to finance a water heater. Four times regular cost plus interest. Total ripoff outfit. Must get a cut of financing. Crooks!!!
I really wish I would have read the reviews. These people are either incompetent or dishonest. Called them to clean a branch line drain. The technician was more concerned about his sales pitch and upselling additional services than he was about getting the drain clean. The technician did not clear the drain but did end up selling 6000$ of completely unnecessary services to my 75 year-old father. Go somewhere else if you have plumbing issues.
