Woke up this morning and heard a hissing coming from the crawl space. It was a familiar sound as we had a pin hole leak in our water service line last year. Before 8 am I sent a text to Bruce Peterson to see if he could get a service guy to our house in Wappapello to help us out. I'm not exaggerating when I say they were in our driveway within the hour of my text. I have never received such prompt service from anyone or anywhere. The problem was fixed within the hour. Great jobs guys and thank you for the excellent service.
The plumber they sent, T, was highly professional, polite, fast, and the clean out job came in under the originally quoted price. It's a load off my mind and fitting me in same day was the cherry on top.
Very friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable.
Came by first thing in the morning and took less than 2hrs to restore water, fast, very polite and professional
It was an emergency and they rescued me.
