Things started off poorly when they were a no show for the first appointment and failed to contact promptly. The plumber told me he was going to charge me $125 per hour instead of $150 because I paid quickly. I gave him CC info upfront. The plumber initially identified the problem as a faulty ring, which it was not. Later on after he replaced the ring, he discovered that the toilet had a crack in it and told me it needed to be replaced.
