I had a positive experience with Dr. Timek during my consultation. She was knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable discussing my concerns. The only negative experience I had was with the front office. I received a voicemail from a staff member sending over pre-consultation information to fill out. At the end of the voicemail, she appeared to think she had hung up and said, “She may or may not fill it out,” and laughed while still on the call.
