Shusterman made me wait for 2.5 hours, then his bedside manner was very shoddy, brisk and aloof. Tried to force me to do a procedure, well two procedures that I did not want to do, but he kept pushing just to make me pay for stuff that I do not need.
I came here 3 times, I booked a different location but they sent me here. The physician was nice, however they tried to make money from me. I came for one service, but they advised me to come back to do an ultrasound the other day, after that they called and advised me to do a blood test. Each time I came back, they charged me a visit fee. Then later I received lab bills for a blood test, and some tests I even didn't know but my insurance didn't cover all of them.
