Great Service and good care from Dr. Gary Ragg and all the staffs of at 19 Bradhurst Road Howthorn NY
Omg can someone answer the damn phones?!?!? Terrible terrible communication and never answer the phones to schedule nor do they call you back! I would give no stars if I could.
It is extremely challenging to schedule an appointment. Despite four consecutive days of calling and leaving messages, nobody has returned my calls. This is now the fourth day this week that I have attempted to contact them. When the phone is answered, the staff is unprofessional, promising to return my call but failing to follow through. Now looking for a new office.
My doctor is great but the billing department is terrible. I’m receiving bills from years ago, no way to get a fully updated bill up to today’s date for a final payment without any more surprises. When you call no one answers your questions and if you call the complaint line you get attitude from the staff.
This is a wonderful doctors office very nice, very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
