I received excellent care at every visit. Rachael was empathetic and showed that she truly cared about my recovery. She listened to me and made sure my pain levels were well managed. In addition, Lexi helped me to improve with a high level of care. Both of them were also a great deal of fun! Highly recommend!

Shane has been consistently helping me with my mobility since 1997. I am now 95 years old and without question if not for his knowledgeable and personable expertise, I wouldn’t be able to live independently. He gives me hope and a reason to overcome the movement issues that invariably come along with advanced aging. His creative mind tailors exercises to fit my individual needs. Been seeing PJ for about 1.5 years now for back and neck pain. The dry needling has kept the pain at bay with out pain medications and constant trips to the Nuerospine Center. PJ always has great suggestions and listens to your ideas & problem areas.
