RecommendedI brought my 9 year old daughter to APTOW for an OT evaluation. Ami was so knowledgeable finding my daughter's problem and was able to resolve it with the exercises that they worked on during her sessions. I enjoyed coming in and seeing Peggy and Heather. They were both extremely helpful working out the insurance with me. I highly recommend this group.
I had rotator cuff surgery in February this year and my choice was to go to APTOW for therapy again, which proofed to be a great decision once more. Chantel worked with me on getting my full range of motion back and after that, she and Julie worked on strengthening. I love that you get a one on one approach the whole time you do therapy. Chantel Wilton ( owner ) knows how to operate a highly successful , professional business in every aspect from the front door , to the staff , to the cleanliness, to the one on one personal commitment to every patient ! Went after knee replacement had my initial evaluation with took no more than 30 minutes. Went for my next appointment worked on a bike for about 10 minutes. When I was done was stretched and then when it was at 27 minutes the office manager came in and said her next patient was there. My knee was literally dropped and I was handed my shoe and told I was done. No ice, no care. I was told the time was dictated by my insurance and I only had 30 minutes.
