A year after my initial therapy, now they told me I owed them $240. Will not recommend this place!
Kambrey, Kassidy, Stacy and Kate are wonderful to work with! Front desk staff Maggie and the ladies and gents behind the scenes doing Astym therapy are also amazing! They put up with me for 8 months and were kind and caring every step of the way!
Sadly, i have to change my rating. After notifying them that I could not make anymore times until school is out, they agreed. Then continued to schedule a series of 3 appointments in which I could not make, nor did I know about. School ends, I call to schedule an appointment, and am denied, stating i would need another eval because I "missed" three consecutive appointments. I had another surgery in hopes that it would, along with physical therapy, bring me back to normal somewhat. Now I am screwed out of that for the summer.... read more
I loved the therapists, they were great. But when it comes to paying your bill on line, be careful. I set up a payment plan of three payments. I made the first payment. The second payment, I decided to pay payment 2 & 3 together, as I had extra money. I just wanted to be done with this payment. An additional payment was taken out. I called and inquired about the extra payment, and requested a refund. I talked to many different people. The first one stated I would get it back in a couple of days.
