I’ve been receiving physical therapy here, and while I absolutely loved my therapist and the care I received during each session, I’m extremely dissatisfied with the scheduling process. I was supposed to be seen a couple of times a week for consistent treatment, but I haven’t had an appointment in weeks. This lack of regularity is frustrating, especially when I’m relying on timely sessions for aid in my recovery process.
