Advanced Physical Therapy itself is great, but we had a terrible experience with Dr. Cale Preston. He didn’t examine, touch, or provide any guidance. He basically did nothing. Physical therapy requires hands-on care and attention, and we felt completely ignored. We would recommend asking for a different provider rather than seeing him.
My therapist explained to me fully why we doing things and the expected outcome. Also she made me feel welcomed.
Rachel is awesome!! She’s knowledgeable and has helped me feel much better!
