My mother had to get therapy after a knee replacement and this is where she went. She absolutely loved them. So for my recent knee surgery she recommended I go here and I've been three times and couldn't be happier. Wish I could go everyday. Aaron is a great help with my rare surgery and is giving me great spirit that he will get me up and going in a good reasonable time. He deals really well with my fears. Everyone is extremely nice also!
I went with my mom yesterday to her first physical therapy appointment and was seen right away there was little to no wait and all the girls were great! Super friendly and offered a cup of hot coffee and chocolate chip cookies while my daughter and I waited. The facility was very clean and bathroom was spotless. So far, I've had a very good experience with the people at Wilcox Advanced Physical Therapy. They really do care about my healing process and they are very knowledgeable about what they do. They're patient and explain what we're doing as we work together. It's a relaxed environment where I am comfortable asking questions and feel as if I'm a family member because that's the way they treat you like your own warm family.
