Used this company for over a decade, then new employee comes out, with attitude, and dictates to me his "requirements" for spraying my eves and setting mousetraps. I called, the receptionist said they "have had problems with this guy from the start". I called again to reschedule & was told that they refuse to service my home. My advice: Use anyone else. If this is the treatment I received after paying these people for well over a decade, just think how kind they can be on your second pest control.

I really appreciated how the technician took time to explain everything before starting. He was polite, patient, and very knowledgeable. The products used were safe for both my home and pets. I could tell they genuinely care about customers. Communication was clear and consistent from the first call. Great experience from a truly professional company!

We found hornets nesting near our roof, and it became dangerous to even step outside. I contacted this company, and they arrived within just a few hours. The technician assessed the situation carefully and explained how he would remove the nest safely. He worked efficiently with proper safety equipment and handled everything in less than an hour. He also treated the area to prevent new nests from forming. The service was very professional and surprisingly quick. Thanks to them, our family feels safe again.
