Was satisfied with the work done for my skin grafting.....but the billing is horrible. This was quoted as an in network provider,... but I was charged non provider prices. Not even sure my claim was submitted. Very shady with charges. I'd avoid this office....until they change their money hungry tactics.
Do not go here!!! They will never process your insurance claim and they do not answer the phone for insurance. They are billing me 3 years after my service for a claim they were supposed to submit to my insurance.
In October, I had a consultation and scheduled a gum graft for November. Upon arrival, I was informed that the procedure was canceled due to health concerns. Despite having disclosed all relevant medical information beforehand, and their assurance of consulting my cardiologist, Dr. Patrone failed to do so and only informed me on the day of the scheduled procedure. I had an appointment scheduled for 7:50 AM because there were no other available times. On my way there, I hit traffic, so I called the office and informed them that I would be 10-15 minutes late. The receptionist assured me that it was okay. After driving for 40 minutes, I arrived 11 minutes late, only to be told that I needed to reschedule. If they weren't going to accommodate the delay, they should have called me back and saved me the trouble of driving all the way there—especially since I had already taken time off work.... read more
