My dentist referred me to Dr. Patrone for a periodontal eval and I'm really glad he did. Dr. P gave me a crash course on periodontics and thoroughly explained each phase for surgery. I have a minor surgery coming up, so after that time I plan to schedule with Dr. P. Dental assistants & billing coordinators were also nice and helpful!
I don’t recommend this dentist office at all. The staff is rude at the front desk. The manager is the most rudest person I ever met. The manager hung up on me multiple times. They are a rip off dentist. They tell you one price with what your insurance will cover and then tell you the portion you will pay out of pocket and of course you pay the portion that you are told to pay. But then they keep saying you owe more that you didn’t even agree too. The staff needs to learn manners. I wouldn’t give this dentist office any stars... read more
