Dr Ramsey is a very intelligent and professional doctor. She is explains all her treatment plans in a way that you will understand. The surgery plus the 2 follow appointments post-op were needed to follow up on my healing process. The staff and her assistants are fabulous. They assist Dr. Ramsey throughout the entire process of your gum care. The front desk workers know you by first name and greet you with a warm friendly smile. Dr Ramsey and her staff are fantastic! They are very friendly, professional, and provide a welcoming environment. The staff clearly explained the treatment plan and answered all questions. I would highly recommend Advanced Periodontal.

My issue is not with the dentists at this office, but their billing. I called to reschedule my appointment four days ahead of my appointment and was told there would be a $150 fee for rescheduling. I could understand if this was the morning or the appointment or within 24 hours, but four days? I cancelled my service completely -- which did also cost me $150 for the cancellation. And that's fine with me -- I am not sure I want to go somewhere as a customer where this type of customer service is provided. I will find somewhere... read more

I had a gum graft and would recommend the office and Dr. Ortiz-Ramsey. Kaylie and the staff are all great.

I have dental anxiety, I have always had gum/mouth issues. A lady at my regular dentist reccomended advanced periodontal and Dr. Ramsey-Ortiz and her staff are great with my dental anxiety and have helped me so much over the years!
